I think that c/o is 'Current Offer'. -- Corrected by as stated above ^^
b/o is 'Buy out', like you said and s/b is 'Starting Bid'.

Also some people say OBO which means or best offer. Oh and you were right S/B means starting bid.

Great question.

There are "sticky" notes also that you can use as a resource as you get used to using the forums. They will help explain some more of the terms and the way that the moderators want you to respond - or not respond as might be the case.
